Problem Description:
After the stamping parts are demoulded, due to the elastic recovery of the material, their shape is inconsistent with the shape of the mold, and a springback phenomenon occurs.


Cause Analysis:
Mechanical properties such as the elastic modulus and yield strength of the material affect the amount of springback; In the stamping process, parameters such as the bending angle and bending radius are unreasonable; The structural design of the mold is unreasonable, such as insufficient blank holding force or improper design of the stripping device.


Solutions:
According to the mechanical properties of the material, through the methods of experiments or numerical simulations, optimize the stamping process parameters. For example, appropriately increase the bending angle and reduce the bending radius to compensate for the springback; Improve the mold structure, increase the blank holding force, and adopt a reasonable stripping method, such as using an elastic stripper plate, so that the stamping parts are subjected to uniform pressure during the demoulding process to reduce the springback.
